Please refer to the size chart provided in the product images for sizing details. Sizes differ even among same breeds, we recommend taking measurements before purchase for best fit.
After confirmed orders, we generally take 24 hours to ship orders out. Depending on the distance of your location delivery can take anywhere between 1- 4 days.
Yes, orders are easily traceable from the ‘Track order’ page under the ‘My account’ dropdown
Yes, you can exchange products or return them for store credit.
Raise a request for return by sending us an e-mail to support@pixiedrip.com
Make sure to mention your order ID and attach a photograph of the product.
After processing your request, we will send an executive to pickup the return at no cost to you.
Once the product reaches us, we will inspect for quality of product. After approval you will be contacted for either an exchange or store credit.
Store credit is valid for upto 1 month from date issued.
We take care of the shipping costs of the first return/exchange of every purchase. However in the event of more than one return/exchange request per order, shipping costs for the additional returns may be charged to the customer.
